Items are deleted for a reason. The reason being that they break the rules. The fact that you have decided to repeatedly break the rules by resubmitting deleted items AFTER you have alreayd received a first official warning just proves that you have neither read the policy pages nor intend to.

Second Warning for resubmitting inappropriate material.

And as you have a second warning you will now have your Membership Restricted in order to prevent you from submitting any further innappropriate material.

As stated in the MT policy you are not allowed to submit artwork that you have not created yourself. This is called ripping which is a serious offense here. Recently you have submitted a wallpaper to which you did not make. As such since you have ripped you now have your First Warning

Also please post artwork in the right sections as well as under the right anime they are from.
